Cancellation & Refund Policy
With Joy To Live “JTL” A customer may purchase products at retail price or at wholesale when a customer has agreed to be on auto-shipment each month.
Elite Business Owners “EBO” are given access to all training, marketing tools and back office portal, when they choose to participate in our JTL business opportunity with the purchase of an Elite Business Owner’s Starter Kit.
There are no long commitments in which a Customer or EBO must purchase products. A Customer or an EBO may cancel their orders for a 100% Unconditional refund NO questions asked at any time for any reason within the first (3) days of ordering the product, simply by calling 877-362-2201 Mon – Fri to cancel account. Refunds will be issued upon return of producted if shipment has occured.
The company will only provide ONE refund per distributor. The company will refund the initial shipping and handling cost and 100% of the product cost within the first three (3) days of ordering. The company does not refund the cost to ship the product back to the company. The company does not accept any shipping collect packages and the postage must be pre-paid by the customer or member.
When returning product you must request in writing (use this JTL – Return Merchandise Authorization Form (rev 02) ) a refund for the cost of product. No shipping fees will be refunded, except for cancellations within 3days of first order..
Damaged Product Replacement: Defective products determined by the company will be replaced promptly. Company will pay for shipping costs.
Commission Recoup: The Company reserves the right to recoup any commissions paid that were generated from the sell of the returned product(s).
Rejection of Repetitive Returns: The Company reserves the right to reject repetitive returns for replacement of products, any return for refund of funds is considered cancellation of membership regardless of rank.
First Product Purchase or subsequent orders: All refunds are subject to adjustments made for commissions paid to the EBO. The company does not make cash refunds. Any member of the company who disputes the payment of product(s) on their credit card and it is concluded the products was authorized and shipped by the company to the correct and given address. Will be immediately terminated and removed from the system and all future commissions and bonuses will roll-up in the marketing structure.
The members are bound to the guidelines of the Elite Business Owner Agreement, which includes the Return Policy.
All refunds for product purchase will be provided by Joy To Live, LLC and not its 3rd party Merchant Company or the Elite Business Owners Credit Card Provider.
JTL, Inc maintains a 30 days 100% refund policy on first orders, not including the shipping and handling charges after the first three days of ordering has expired. And if you are not completely satisfied with the product, you must cancel your order by returning the unused portion of product at your expense and a copy of your invoice within thirty days of ordering the products to receive a refund. After the first (3) days of ordering has expired, you will no longer be eligible for the shipping and handling refund, just the cost of the product(s).
The monthly auto-ship program 14 DAY Partial Refund: Although you are not required to maintain an auto-ship profile this option is available. When you choose to have your product(s) sent to you every month you may cancel your auto-shipment order at anytime within 24 hours before your products are scheduled for shipment through your Virtual Office or by calling 877-362-2201 during regular business hours as posted. Once your order ships you must return the order within 14 calendar days to receive a refund less any shipping charges.
Refunds are only given once the product in resale-able condition is returned. Request must be made in writing and include you JTL ID# and a copy of the original Invoice. Always include your Distributor ID number when communicating with customer service. Any refund request is considered a cancellation of membership.
